Harry completed his Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Reading in July 2023, also earning a Master’s in Law, Business, and Management. During his Law LLB honours degree, Harry's dissertation explored the complexities of False Rape allegations and their profound effects on individuals and society.
Prior to his legal education, Harry gained valuable experience in a range of client-facing roles, developing a deep understanding of people’s needs. This background has shaped his empathetic approach to legal practice, where he is committed to helping clients navigate challenging legal matters and achieve positive outcomes.
Harry Joined Monan Gozzett LLP in early 2023 as a Paralegal before taking the Role as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2023. Harry has built extensive experience in Criminal Defence, working on a broad spectrum of complex cases. His expertise spans areas such as serious sexual offences, international drug trafficking, indecent images, and controlling and coercive behaviour, among others.
With hands-on experience clerking at Crown Court trials, Harry has gained key insights into the legal process, earning praise from clients and Counsel, including King's Counsel (KC). His professionalism and compassionate approach make him a trusted ally for clients facing difficult legal circumstances.

R v M – Successfully assisted King's Counsel in securing the acquittal of a grandfather accused of sexually touching his niece.
France v L – Assisted in taking a major drug trafficking case to the French Supreme Court in Paris.
R v V – Successfully assisted Counsel in the acquittal of a male accused of sexually assaulting a former employee.
R v M – Drafted representations that resulted in a No Further Action decision for a young man accused of raping a friend after a night out.
R v M – Drafted representations leading to an NFA decision in a case involving allegations of accessing indecent images, successfully arguing that the evidence did not meet the Crown’s threshold.
