Stephanie successfully assisted a Hungarian mother obtain permission from the children’s father for her to move to Hungary with their children who had been born and raised in England.
Following an application to the Court, well planned and positive discussions took place with the father in relation to the mother’s proposals, particularly in respect of the children’s ongoing contact with him, both before the move and thereafter.
His consent was obtained meaning a contested hearing on the issue was not required and they were able to amicably agree the terms of the order surrounding the move.
