Neal Gozzett and Joanne Coller secure record deletion for their client, a senior employee in the Pharmaceutical industry, who found himself the victim of a premeditated false allegation.
The investigation was concluded as ‘No further action’ after collaborative evidence was exhibited to the investigating officer who then made the decision to take no further action against their client.
Following the successful outcome, they were instructed to apply to ACRO to have the record of arrest deleted from the police national computer (PNC). Submissions were successful and the record has now been formally removed, preserving career and reputation.
