Neal Gozzett and Joanne Coller have secured a no further action for a Technology Expert falsely accused of Sexual Assault who was being investigated by Norfolk Police.
After the proper preparation of detailed written representations, the investigation did not progress to the Crown Prosecution Service and the matter was halted, therefore preventing any court proceedings. Under instruction, his arrest has been appealed to be deleted from the Police National Computer (PNC) to preserve his reputation going forward.
