Neal Gozzett successfully defends his client falsely accused of historic rape.

The defence involved producing a detailed dossier of evidence to submit on his behalf to the Crown Prosecution Service and numerous conferences with the officer in the case to submit regular oral submissions on the credibility of the allegation.

After a thorough investigation, the matter was no further actioned without the file having to be submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Neal is now providing reputational management advice in applying to have his client’s arrest record deleted from the PNC.
