Neal Gozzett successfully persuades the Crown Prosecution Service to take no further action against his professional client in relation an allegation of sexual abuse against a family member.

Neal and his team spent a long time considering a large volume of media messages and built a dossier of exculpatory evidence to undermine the case, this demonstrated the allegation was false and malicious. The police did not obtain this information and was crucial in the decision making process. The investigation against our client was halted and no further action was taken.

We are now advising our client in relation to future safeguarding and record deletion.
