Neal Gozzett secures no further action for a client accused of rape of his ex-partner.

Our client was part of an acrimonious split that also involved an issue with child contact. After attending the police interview, making representations to the officer and producing a dossier of evidence to the CPS, the case was eventually stopped, which prevented the client having to defend his case before a jury.
