Neal Gozzett (Senior Partner at Monan Gozzett) has been successful in a case to have the criminal record deleted for a UK businessman falsely accused of domestic violence.

Our client was arrested at Gatwick airport after landing back into the UK from New York.  Officers boarded the plane and arrested him moments after touching down.

After successfully submitting written representations to the CPS all charges were no further actioned. After which, an application to have his arrest, and biometric data deleted from the Police National Computer (PNC) was also successful, ensuring future privacy.
