Neal Gozzett achieves successful outcomes for his client in four different cases, ranging from false allegations to regulatory advice.

In the first case, Neal secured acquittal at trial for a city worker accused of Harassment of a serving police officer. The case was heard over two days before a District Judge and after obtaining evidence the police failed to obtain in their investigation, which severely undermined the credibility of the officer at trial, the judged returned a not guilty verdict.

In the second case, Neal and Harry Salt successfully defended a professional client accused of an offence under Football (Offences) Act 1991. If found guilty, this would have affected his professional career and he would have also been subject of a Football Banning Order.

The case was discontinued prior to trial due to the work carried out by his defence team.

In the third case, Neal and Harry has been instructed to represent a British National before the French Supreme Court. Neal and Harry have been advising the client in regards to Extradition in the UK and have instructed Ben Davis KC from Doughty Street Chambers.

Neal has led a legal team with lawyers in Paris to conduct the appeal to the Supreme Court whilst also conducting extensive preparation for the appeal itself.

In the last case, Neal successfully advised a Pharmacy in relation to an application before the NHS Resolution Panel. Neal provided detailed Regulatory advice to the owners in relation to the hearing, the application was successful.
