Senior Partner Maria Monan & Paralegal Joanne Coller achieved a not guilty verdict for their client, a former PCSO who was arrested and charged with sexual assault and rape following an allegation made after meeting a member of the public in a nightclub during a work Christmas party.

The client was found not guilty by a unanimous jury on both counts. Together with instructed Kings Counsel, Maria and Joanne extensively prepared the case, scouring hours of CCTV footage of the evening in question in order to present to the jury within the defence case.
