Neal Gozzett, one our two Senior Partners, has secured no further action for his client who resides in Thailand.

The UK police wanted to interview his client under caution in regards to a serious false allegation. Neal managed to negotiate with the UK police to deal with the interview via written representations, rather than involving INTERPOL or foreign police forces.

Taking action early, resulted in the matter being closed without the client having to return to the UK during these difficult times.
