Neal Gozzett (Senior Partner at Monan Gozzett) has recently secured a no further action result for his client, a teacher who was falsely accused by an ex-pupil of grooming.

After contacting the officer and making oral representations in relation to the quality of evidence, the matter was reviewed by a Detective Inspector and the matter was promptly no further actioned.

The early action taken, subsequent decision, and swift conclusion to the matter ensured our client could return to work.  Our work has also prevented the matter from proceeding to the Crown Prosecution Service for a charging decision, thereby reducing distress and allowing our client to rebuild his life and continue his career.
