Neal Gozzett successfully represents his client, a dentist, before the General Dental Council in relation to an allegation during practice.
A hearing was listed before the Interim Orders Committee after an allegation was made by the complainant, Neal instructed Alexandra Felix KC from QEB Hollis Whiteman and the matter was firmly defended, no order was made.
His client was allowed to continue to practice without any conditions on his licence or any suspension.
