Neal Gozzett successfully defends his client who was falsely accused of sexual allegations in the workplace during an internal investigation with his employer. Neal worked with his client to produce an extensive dossier of evidence with appendices in order to reply to the specific allegations.
After a full independent investigation, the allegations were ruled to be unfounded and Neal’s client returned to his senior role swiftly.

Neal is now providing further advice to his client in relation to future safeguarding and reputational management.
