Neal Gozzett and Joanne Coller were able to secure a 'No Futher Action' in a false allegation case.

The client, a female primary school teaching assistant, was the subject of historic sexual allegations, made against her by a former pupil.

Neal and Joanne represented the client from the offset, initially providing legal representation at the voluntary police station interview, and subsequently submitting extensive written representations on behalf of the client, to the reviewing CPS lawyer, with the primary intention being that the investigation was dismissed at the earliest possible opportunity, without proceeding to a jury trial.
