Maria Monan has successfully obtained bail for a man detained in custody after working very closely with the distressed man's family.
Understandably distressed at the incarceration of their son (in a foreign country), in what can only be described as unhumanitarian circumstances the family called Maria after previously working with another firm.
On taking over the case we were able to work closely, and together with the family to prepare a dossier of documents which supported a bail package on our client’s arrival in England.
