Neal Gozzett (Senior Partner at Monan Gozzett) has been successful in having an arrest deleted from the Police National Computer for his client, a Senior civil servant, falsely accused of a serious sexual allegation.

After submitting detailed evidence to support submissions that this was a false/malicious allegation, the arrest and personal biometric data was deleted.

Having this on the PNC would have a serious impact on travel and future employment.
