Samuel Manok-Sanoian has successfully achieved a commercial settlement for a professional client.

Samuel acted for a mortgage adviser who was tied into an onerous contract for services agreement with a financial institution. The contract had many provisions which disadvantaged the client from a commercial perspective and prevented the client from leaving within an initial three year lock-in period.

After undertaking robust tactical negotiations with the other side, Samuel managed to persuade the financial institution to release our client from her contractual obligations. Samuel was also able to successfully conclude a termination agreement which enabled the client to seek alternative employment elsewhere.

The client was delighted with the outcome.
