Neal Gozzett has successfully defended a Sussex businessman accused of multiple assaults and harassment against his ex-partner.

The police boarded a plane at Gatwick to arrest the businessman in relation to the allegations.

No Further Action

After a lengthy interview and submitting detailed representations to the police, which included a detailed dossier of evidence (including written and digital), the CPS took no further action in relation to all allegations.

The representations were key in having the matter stopped due to the evidence we obtained, as this attacked the credibility of each allegation.
